The Melbourne Air and Space Show is so much fun!
This past weekend the Melbourne International Airport was home to the highly anticipated Melbourne Air and Space Show. Located only 15-20 minutes from our top rated Melbourne Beach Bed and Breakfast, many of our guests make this a must-attend event!
Equipped with coolers, blankets, and chairs, spectators were ready for a fun-filled day of activities starting at 9am Saturday and Sunday. Nearly 250,000 people explored a dozen authentic planes from World War II aircraft’s to modern drones, watched as biplanes and the Air Force’s prestigious Thunderbirds took to the skies, and frequented a variety of delicious food trucks including burritos and old-fashioned root beer floats.
